Each Youth/Adult combo pack comes with...wait for it...one originally designed PhillyPhaithful youth tee/onesie and one adult tee of your choice.

1) Add this Combo Pack to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout
2) Indicate in the comments field which 2 items you want
3) Make sure you specify size (large, medium etc) sex (men/women, where applicable) and color you want for each shirt in the comments field.
4) XXL's are extra and you can adjust that in the size tab above
5) Complete your order and pat yourself on the back, you savvy shopper

You DO NOT have to add any other items to the cart--just add this item and indicate which shirts you want in the comments field during checkout.
