Q: How much does it cost to ship your products?

Our default priority shipping option is FREE OF COST for all domestic orders! That’s right. Order any design in any quantity shipped to anywhere in the United States and it’s FREE. Other stores promise low prices but forget to mention high shipping and handling fees. At Philly Phaithful, what you see is what you get--and we'll ship your shirt(s) for free. If you desire rush shipping, please contact us at [email protected] for details BEFORE purchasing your apparel and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Due to escalating rates with the United States Postal Service effective January 2015, all international orders include a flat $15 shipping charge.

Q: When should I expect to receive my order?

Shipping time depends on location, but we pride ourselves on a fast and timely turnaround. Most orders ship within 24 hours and the overwhelming majority of our orders should arrive no later than 3 days of purchase, with most arriving sooner than that. International orders should expect a time frame of 7-10 business days.

Q: Can I track my shipment?

Of course. You will receive an automated email during order processing with tracking information or alternatively, you can log into your account after your product is shipped for real-time info. If for whatever reason you are unable to locate your package or have trouble with the track and confirm tool, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 215-539-3472.

Q: Where’s my shirt? I’m getting antsy.

If your shirt has not arrived within 7 business days, we sincerely apologize for the delay! To track an item, you can log into your account after your product is shipped for real-time tracking information. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 215-539-3472 and we’ll be happy to try to get things straightened out!

Q: If I choose to expedite my order, when will I receive my shirt(s)?

In most cases, orders take up to one business day to process before shipping. If we receive your order before 3pm EST Monday-Friday, it will generally ship the same day and arrive with overnight shipping through Express Mail. If it ships next day, then you should receive your apparel the following morning.

Q: When is the cutoff for Holiday delivery?

All orders placed by December 20st, 2017 will arrive in time for the holiday. You can place orders up until December 23rd, but those items aren't guaranteed to arrive in time. If you need to arrange local pickup or expedited shipping options, don't hesitate to contact us.


Q: What’s your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on all of our non-clearance products.

Return policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you may return any item for a refund provided it is unused and in the same condition that we sent it to you. We must receive any returned item within 30 days of purchase and you must include your order number or print your invoice in order to be entitled for a refund. Please send all returns to Philly Phaithful Returns/436 N. Springfield Road/Clifton Heights, PA 19018.

Exchange policy: If you ordered or received the wrong size product, we will gladly exchange your item for that of the correct size, provided it is unused and in the same condition as the time that we sent it to you. We must receive any returned item within 30 days of purchase and you must include your order number or print your invoice in order to be entitled for an exchange. We apologize, but please note that any items purchased in our clearance section can not be returned.


Q: What's the deal with reward points?

At Philly Phaithful, we think it's only fair to reward our customers for their continued loyalty and support. And since we can't offer you free hotel rooms, noise-canceling headphones or a vegetable juicer that you'll never use, we thought free tee shirts sounded just fine.

Points can be earned in a number of different ways:
  • With every dollar spent at Philly Phaithful, you'll automatically have 1 point credited to your account. Spend $24.99, get 25 points. We round up because we care…and decimals belong in math class.
  • Submit a product review on our website for other customers to read and you’ll earn 5 points.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter and earn 15 points.

Q: Tell me more about your shirts

Our shirts are printed on a variety of vintage-style, blended poly-cotton blanks. These blended tees have minimal shrinkage in the wash, but do tend to run about a half-size smaller than your standard shirt, so please order up if you're in between sizes. Also, we suggest that you consult the individual product page for your item before ordering as that's where you'll find the most specific information available. WE DO BIG DUDE SIZES! Most shirts are stocked in S-3XL, but if you need a size in any design and we don't have it listed, just send us an email to [email protected]. While we can't guarantee it's availability, we can give it a shot and let you know.

Q: I love your designs! Who’s responsible for your artwork?

All the original artwork that appears on our apparel is created by our highly skilled graphic design department, led by Justin Wright and Philip Gray. See the “About Us” section for more about their graphic design background. Each shirt concept is a collaborative effort by our team here at Philly Phaithful and we take pride in creating apparel that accurately reflects the unique culture here in Philadelphia. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the designs on any of our products, feel free to contact us and let us know what’s on your mind!

Q: I have a great idea for a new shirt! How can I get it printed?

We know that our customers will often have ideas for a stellar design, but PLEASE don't send us artwork without first contacting us. We have many design concepts in production and we don't want you to think we've taken your idea and made it our own.

We currently don't customize shirts on an individual basis, but if you have interest in a custom order (50 pieces and up), please contact us at [email protected] for further information.

Q: Washing Instructions

All of our blended cotton shirts are preshrunk, so don’t expect anything more than minimal shrinkage. It’s worth keeping in mind that our tees are often cut to run on the smaller side, so if you are concerned about size, order a size larger. Certain products run smaller than others; these items are clearly marked on the product page. Machine wash cold and tumble dry, or air dry if possible. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Do not iron! For best results, wash tees inside out to maintain that brand new look and feel.

Q: Sizing Chart

Women’s Sizing
Though all of our men's tees are technically unisex we believe that female sports fans deserve shirts that are made for women. Tired of shirts that fit like a nightgown? We've got you covered ladies. Many of our designs come in women's cuts, with scoop or v-necklines and capped sleeves. These tees are fashion fit and do run small, so order up if you're concerned.

Youth Sizing
As is the case with all of our adult tees, we print our youth shirts on the same high quality blanks. Why should the little dudes and dudettes in your house have to suffer the indignities of mediocre quality shirts? Check out our full line of youth apparel here.

Our store uses a secure credit card processing system that doesn’t store the credit cards numbers of our customers, so you can purchase in total confidence. Q: What is the Philadelphia Experience?

The Philadelphia Experience, or PHL EXP, is a project that celebrates the city of Philadelphia through originally designed apparel and unique prize packages from local business partners, including Di Bruno Brothers, Federal Donuts and the Electric Factory. Each month we'll release a new set of shirts; five at launch and three in each subsequent month. If you purchase any shirt as part of PHL EXP, you're automatically entered to win a unique "Experience" presented by a local business partner. Q: What are these shirts all about?

All shirts designed as part of PHL EXP will focus on content near and dear to Philadelphians, topics that include references to our culture, cuisine, history and grammar.
